Al Dastoor Contracting & Trading LLC is a marketing company based in Sultanate of Oman. The board of directors is headed by Sheikh Salem Said Al Araimi who is the chairman of “Galfar Engineering and Contracting SAOG”. Dr. P. Mohamed Ali, Ms. Budur Mohamed Rashid Al Araimi are the directors of the company.
Al Dastoor is under the leadership of Mr. Ahmed Rayees who is the General Manager.
Al Dastoor was formed in 1991 by taking over `Galfar Engineering & Contracting Company - Electrical Division’, which was existent for more than a decade. The change was necessitated due to the rapid growth achieved justifying a separate 100% marketing oriented outfit. Also, the company was embarking on new business territories expanding its product and market base diversifying into Fire Detection & Alarm System and Fire Fighting System, Projects & Lighting and oil field & Mechanical Supplies while consolidating the traditional Electrical Accessories for Building Sector market. This re-asserts Galfar Group management’s commitment for diversification and growth.
